Terms of Sale and Licence
These terms apply to digital products sold by B Designs, including the Artwork Bento Framer component. Last updated 5 October 2026.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use a digital design component in Framer. It is delivered instantly after payment as a link on the confirmation page and by email. Nothing physical is sent.
2. Instant delivery and your right to cancel
Because this is digital content supplied immediately, by completing your purchase you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the component link has been provided to you.
3. Refunds
If the component does not work as described and I cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you will get a full refund. Please email me within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a short description of the problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Your licence
You may use the component in your own websites and in websites you build for clients. You may not resell, share, give away or redistribute the component or its code, or include it in another template, component or kit for sale. One licence is for one buyer.
5. Refunds and chargebacks end the licence
If you receive a refund, or reverse or dispute the payment, your licence ends and you must remove the component from all projects. Continued use after a refund is unlicensed use.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and sold through Link, which handles any sales tax or VAT due on your purchase.
